Now Hiring - Sales and Marketing Assistant

Integra ECM is a full-service document management solutions company with headquarters in Boise, Idaho and offices in Oregon and Montana, providing process improvement to microfilming, scanner repairs to full-text OCR, micrographics to enterprise solutions and software integration. We deliver software solutions in the cloud environment, document management software, capture/redaction/iPad/Tablet forms software; document conversion and scanning services; scanning and imaging hardware; digital archiving and systems integration. The Sales and Marketing Assistant is a full-time position in Boise, Idaho and reports to the Sales Manager and Administrative Manager. This position directly creates, contributes and executes fresh and innovative ideas for marketing and sales to Integra’s leadership.

Primary Duties

• Develop sales campaigns
• Coordinate trade shows and conferences
• Maintain the company’s website and blog
• Manages social media tools
• Assist leadership with creating and implementing sales initiatives
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients
• Develop sales collateral (fliers, banners, etc.)
• Calls potential clients to develop new business
• Maintain database of customer information, site visits, sales contacts
• Provide customer assistance to walk-in and phone-in clients
• Support office administration
• Support and demonstrate Integra’s operating mission and values


• Two years’ proven and successful experience in marketing and sales support inclusive of sales campaigns, website maintenance, social media management, technical writing and customer development
• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• Demonstrated ability to work with client and team members effectively and proactively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Photoshop
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Pay depends on experience and company benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, FSA program, and 401(k) are available after an introductory period.
